What kind of shampoo should I get?
I currently use Herbal Essence, but I don't really like it anymore.

AVEDA is the best one out all of them, its a complete natural organic shampoo
this may also sound weird but go to whole foods and theyll have natural shampoo as well

The Mysteek Moisturizing Conditioning shampoo is excellent. The Conditioning Plus is great too. The product is very mild and kind to the hair.

Your hair has probably just gotten used to the herbal essences, maby try a different one, like if you use none of your frizzness use hello hydration, etc. I use HE to, and it works well, but i just got it. Anywho, try dove shampoo or aussie, they both work AMAZING! but i suppose my hair just got used to them, because after like 2 months the dove started to make my hair greasy and dry :/. So, i would try aussie, dove kinda makes hair greasy.
