3 year old not peeing?
My three year old son has only peed once in the last 24hrs. It has become a worrisome issue for me because he drinks a lot of fluids and only pees about once or twice a day if we r lucky! Is this something I should be really concerned about, does this warrant a doctor visit?
I was wondering about that cause he keeps grabbing himself too but I figured it was normal boy behavior because he hasn't complained about it hurting even when I have asked him.

When a child is perspiring a great deal, he may pass his urine infrequently, perhaps not for eight hours or more.
You may check also, if there is a sore on the end of his penis. Sometimes a small raw area appears around the opening, of the penis. There may be enough swelling of the tissues to close up part of the opening and make it difficult for your child to pass the urine. This little sore is localized diaper rash. Have him sit in a warm bath for a few minutes and encourage him to urinate while in the tub. If this doesn't make him urinate, the doctor should be called.
Hope I helped.

I wouldn't wait another second, I would take him to the doctor to see what is going on. Is he potty trained or still in diapers? Asking to see if he has any rash or swelling that may block the flow??
