  • 3 year old not peeing?

My three year old son has only peed once in the last 24hrs. It has become a worrisome issue for me because he drinks a lot of fluids and only pees about once or twice a day if we r lucky! Is this something I should be really concerned about, does this warrant a doctor visit?

  • help with the picture size on my tv!?

I have a Proview 32" lcd model PA-32JK1SA. Now I have a RCA universal remote as well, not the original remote that came with the tv when it was purchased. My picture size is to large, anything that is written at the top or bottom of the screen, such as news tickers, I can not read. I have been thru the video and setup screens and there is not anything there to change this. Plus there is not a button on my remote to change this either. Does anyone know how can fix the picture to be smaller or maybe even wide screen? Thanks

  • Is it legal to do this?

To haul your suv in the back of a rented u-haul or penske truck? we are moving from Nashville, TN to Dothan, AL and my husband seems to think that if we rent a 26' truck and pack it with our belongings that we are legally allowed to drive our SUV into the left over space in the back of the rental truck. I don't think it is legal or safe but we are arguing over it anyway and he seems to think that it is a great idea! Could someone please stop our argument? Thanks

  • A/C 2003 Chevy Trailblazer!?

Okay my a/c and heater in the front of my truck stopped working, it blows out very little air if any. But the rear a/c works fine. What is causing this? I had to replace my battery the other day and when I started the truck it worked perfectly for a few minutes and then it stopped, when I tried to turn it back on the screen said "EXT" What does that mean? Could there be a leak somewhere? Help, it is freezing here and I can't get any heat in the front of my truck!

  • Filin Taxes for a Lease Truck Driver!?

My husband is about to file his taxes and we are wondering what we are going to have to pay taxes on. This is the first year he is filing as truck driver. He worked for CR England and got a profit and loss ytd comparison every month. It shows how much he made overall and then everything he paid for through the year and then what he actually brought home. Over all he made around $125,000 but paid out $89,000 in expenses and actually brought home around $38,000. So which do we pay taxes on $125,000 or $38,000. He has all of his receipts and everything else we need to file taxes but we just don't know which amount we will be paying on. We are hoping it will be $38,000 and that would make since anyway, right? Could someone please help????

  • I need to know if we can and how to sue a former employee for wrongful termination and defamation of character?

My husband has had his driver's license for ten years and his cdl for just over a year now. He has worked for a major over the road trucking company since February. Maintaining a safe driving record for over 500,000 miles. He was involved in his first ever minor rear end collision about two weeks ago. The scenario of the accident was as follows: on an interstate, traffic had slowed to a crawl of about 15 mph and my husband was following two other semi trucks, he had a gap of about 6 seconds between him and the truck in front of him. The brake lights of the truck in front of him were not on when my husband took a few seconds to check his mirrors and traffic around him. When he looked back the truck in front of him was stopped and my husband locked up the front axles of his trailer trying to stop. He hit the trailer of the truck, that truck was so close and had stopped short causing the accident, that he hit the other truck in front of him. As a result of the accident, which no one was ticketed for, the company my husband worked for fired him. Now my husband leased his truck with this company, so we do not believe that they could fire him but merely terminate his lease, which for truck dirvers is two different things. Well my husband has been trying to get another job and everyone has turned him down and we couldn't figure out why until today. One of the potential employers finally told my husband what was on his DAK and the former employer has lied and ruined his record. They put that in February he hit an animal, which he didn't, he hit a tire tread in the road because he was surrounded by cars and had no choice. And then also in February when he was home a women hit his parked truck in a parking lot when my husband was no where around, again not his fault! These two incidents should have never been put on his DAK and then to top it off they put that he was fired due to a rear end collision and disqaulification to haul thier loads and that he had a very poor safety record. The accident is true but the rest is not. My husband was a driver trainer for this company, he trained more than a handful of their current employees in the ten months that he worked there. If he had such an aweful safety record then why would they allow him to train other drivers. This company has temporairly ruined my husbands driving career. He is a third generation truck driver and a college educated man and this is what he loves doing and they have maliciously taken this away from him and for what. What are they getting out of lieing and ruining someones life. He never once talked to anyone in the safety department about anything until his accident and his safety manager was an a complete asshole to him. We live in Tennessee and the company he worked for is based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. I want to know what we can do legally to fix this and to make this company pay for the unjustified damage they are causing to my husbands career. Does anyone know what we can do? Can you please point us in the right direction? And can this be done at no cost until the end? They are also holding all of his pay which they say is legal in thier state of Utah. So we are behind on rent, electric and other bills and we have a two year old son. So time is of the essence. Thank you so much for your help.

  • Can you get a sudden affliction to Eggs?.?

I have eaten eggs all my life and never had a problem. I don't think it's a sudden allergy either but for about a year now I guess, whenever I eat eggs I get severe cramps. They are so bad they almost bring to the floor. I have to lay in bed and curl up. And it's any kind of egg, but I can eat stuff with egg in it and be fine. I worried because I have no idea what would cause this or why it is happening. I'm 25 and like I said this has only been happening for about a year and I only realized what it was about six months ago. I had to pay attention to what I was eating to figure it out. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks so much.

  • How do I find out exactly what kind of adoption I did?

I gave my son up for adoption in 2004 and I thought I did an open adoption. The adoptive parents were very open in keeping me updated on my son. Well about a year ago I asked my adoption counselor if it would be possible for a visit. When I sent that letter I never got a reply from her. I have called several times since and sent several more letters with no answer. Since all adoption records are sealed I can not verify that it was open like I was told and requested it be. And since I can't get a response out the adoption agency, what can I do? The adoption was hard enough on my emotions but now not knowing anything and not getting answers is making all those feelings of whether or not I did the right thing come back to the surface. If they don't want to do a visit that is fine but I would at least like updates. I explained to my counsler that I didn't want to interfer with his life in any way that might be determental to him and that I had no intention of trying to get him back. That I still believe what I did was right but that I just wanted to know him a little more. I am happily married now and have two children, my youngest being a boy and they look some much a like, which makes me think of him even more. Is it wrong for me to have asked this? I have heard of so many success stories where the birth mother remains involved and that is what I wanted but in the beginning it was to difficult. When I finally moved passed it I asked to be updated, that was just after his first birthday and they complied. Why not just tell me that they don't feel it is a good idea? Why ignore me? For God's sake I gave them my child! The adoptive mother knows how hard it was for me, she was there at the hospital during most of my breakdowns. I don't really understand. I am desperate to know what my rights are or how to find out exactly what kind of adoption I did. Can someone please help me!!!!!!
