Hi Aussie,
I wrote an article a few days ago on how to handle stress, and I believe it will be of good help to you. I have come up with, and strongly recommend, a three tiered approach to handle stress.
The three tiers are:
1. Responsive
2. Adaptive
3. Preventive
I’ve defined each of these three tiers and listed some simple essentials to help achieve each of them. I’m sure it will make a huge difference to your life if you put this into practice. You can read about the three tiered approach at:

Having said that, I would also like to add that most of the time stressed is caused by being overwhelmed. In order to overcome the feeling of being overwhelmed, I recommend that you read the following articles on my blog:

First of all that dude that said Xanax is kinda right, but should only take if you have time to be asleep for like a day and a half, masterbation is also good just like meditating..what I do is take 10 minutes from every hour just to have to myself like don't talk to no one, don't answer any phone calls, don't think about your day ahead just chill..or listen to music and sing along (sounds corny but when your singing you don't think about anything else)..hope it goes good :-)
