Looking for a gory manga! =D?

Battle Royale (Does have Sex scenes, I know you said you don't mind just thought I would warn you in case your reading it around people that don't like that type of thing)

In the future, random Jr. High School classes are chosen to compete in a game called Battle Royale. The rules: only one student can survive after 3 days on an island or else they all perish. Weapons are handed out and each student is sent out into the field alone and unprepared for the horror that awaits them. The classmates turn upon themselves in a battle for survival, treaties are made and broken, and former friends become foes as the relentless countdown continues. Amid the betrayals and rising body count, two classmates confess their love for each other and swear to survive this deadly game together.

Highschool of the Dead

A mysterious, lethal disease is on the loose worldwide, resulting in a catastrophic death rate of humanity, and the increasing rise of attacks, caused by the living dead.

In Japan, several high school students and a school nurse have banded together to escape Fujimi High School shortly after it was attacked by zombies. The group now attempts to figure who or what was responsible for this plague, and in the meantime, attempt to survive the present apocalypse.

The story is initially narrated through the eyes of Takashi Komuro, one of the students who had survived in the initial outbreak.

Ichi The Killer

In Shinjuku Kabuki-Cho, the biggest sin town in Japan, there are two crazy guys. Ichi is a coward and a wimp, but once he breaks into tears, he turns into a human weapon. With great martial arts skill and a blade hidden in his boots, he butchers a bunch of enemies into mincemeat in the blink of an eye. His arch enemy is Kakihara, a yakuza boss who's tired of everything, including himself. Only when he pierces, cuts, and burns his own and other people's bodies does he feel that he is alive.

Litchi Hikari Club

The story starts of with 9 boys, all in the Hikari Club, who are driven to make the ultimate Artificial Intelligence, and will stop at nothing to create it. The leader of the club, Zera is an very attractive boy who is very sick and twisted. He has complete control of the members. The second in previous leader, Tamiya, is not happy with the way Zera is controlling everyone, so he tries to reclaim the club. The story is filled with BL romance, guro, rape, and murder, and eventually the club begins to crumble and everything turns into chaos.

MPD Psycho is definitely my top recommendation--interesting, little mindf*ck with, hands down, the most gore I've ever seen in any manga.

Less gory but still interesting are Goth, Berserk, Ichi the Killer, and The Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service.

And, of course, I can't forget to mention Kazuo Umezu and Junji Ito who create the foulest monsters in their horror manga.

Summary:

You could try reading Wolf Guy-Wolfen Crest I started reading it but it was really gorey and I don't like that type of stuff really so I stopped.

Ms. Aoshika is not only divorced, but an underappreciated teacher at her job. But one drunken mishap leads her to witness firsthand the brutal assault and murder of a young man. However, after fainting, she awakens to discover that all of the assailants have been seriously wounded.

And to her further surprise, the next day she discovers that not only is the young man Akira she met the night before alive, but he is now her new transfer student.

Bleach is pretty gory at times

I haven't read it myself (I'm ashamed to admit I was too afraid to read it), but I've heard plenty of good things about Battle Royale - movie, novel, and manga.

I have heard that there are a few...ah...sexual references. (Read: There's apparently a whole lot of sexy issues and such - I believe there's gang rape involved, though I'm not entirely sure.) But I do know that it's a whole lot gory, so...I hope this is some help to you! ^_^

Berserk- best manga ever, some sex, preveilent to story.

Tenjou Tenche (sp) fighting lots of violence, also a good deal of sex
