I don't know about the first question because I'm a dude, lol. But you can make it longer and thicker by going online and buying Vigrx, or extenze ( which is at Wal-Mart). Take amount shown on bottle same time every morning. Take with a One a Day vitamin and eat a good breakfast right away. Then wait 2 hours and do 10 min. of exersize with your penis ( look up the exersizes on google). It should not hurt at all. Then slowly increase the time you excersize it. Give it a break every once in a while. Work it out one day and take the oher day off. That should increase legth by 1-3 inches and girth by 1-2 inches. The pills normally doesn't work for people because they only take the pill and dont do anything else. It will take a while to see results, but it does work.
