Do we get this from reptiles > sleep behaviors ?

Hi,

Over many a year, I have noticed that I am fully active in summer, but tend towards naps when it is coldish

Are we all a bit like this, or is it just me ?

Well, it's not JUST you - I know people like that also - but I don't think it's the entire population. Some people are just more energetic in hot weather than others. Reptiles need warmth to be active because the warmth drives their metabolic processes but we humans are homeothermic and maintain a relatively constant body temperature all year. If you feel like running around during the summer then that's good for you, but it has nothing to do with reptiles.

I hope that helps. Good luck!
