But really. Pigs are seen as gluttons -- personifications of gluttony itself. Maybe she's worried about getting fat?

It sounds like a typical bad dream. Not all dreams have hidden meanings. Maybe your girlfriend ate pork last night causing her to dream about a large pig killing people. The foods we eat can influence are dreams. It's all about chemical reactions and our surroundings.
