I would probably just try making another account using your PC that requires you to have both an email and a password. I don't think the other account would matter since you can't log into it anyways. Or if you want to set up another email account and just starting over.

The same thing happened to me but I had an email account provided so I was able to fix it, but since you didn't then you're in trouble.

When it happened to me, my computer caught a virus and some hackers stole my password somehow and were able to log into my account and change whatever they wanted.

But I used my yahoo account to fix the problem, choose another password, and then I used my anti virus program to get ris of that virus.

And that's how I fixed it, but in your case. . .you should just make another account.
