What can I do to stop losing weight?

I am an Indian male, 5 ft 8 inches, 130 pounds. Recently I started to go to college and before I started I weighed 136 pounds. I go to the recreation center to work out, but I don't want to get bigger. I just want to stay slim and not lose too much weight. I am a vegetarian. Can anyone give me advice on how to maintain my weight??

    well do you just want to stay lean or get cut (defined)?

    Well either way, just make sure you eat how you usually do.

    Don't exercise to the point where you're exhausted.

    Maybe treadmill for 10 minutes, and then if you're trying to get cut just some light weight workouts
