The pinkie finger on my right hand has been numb for a couple of days. What might be causing this?
My mother had a heart attack at 40 and at 45 is having major complicatoins again with it. I am concerned that this might be related to artery/blood flow and am wondering if anyone knows anything about this. My doctor is far away and I can't see her right away. I am only 24, so I'd like to assume that it doesn't have to do with heart health, but if anyone has any ideas I'd be happy to hear them. The pinkie on my left hand occasionally goes numb as well.

Most likely it is a nerve causing your problem(s) and not your arteries. Prolonged pressure at your elbow or complication in your neck can lead to numbness in the fingers. If you had a significant circulation issue it wouldn't just affect one finger. Since you are experiencing it in both hands you will want to get your neck looked at. Find a local Chiropractor.
