Just finished Howl's Moving Castle and Princess Mononoke with english dubbed, but have heard that it's better in it's native language with subtitles. What do you think? Foreign animations with or without subtitles? How about foreign films in general? Tell me what you think.

I hate watching foreign films that are dubbed. It sounds so stupid and it is better to hear the native tongue because you can feel the actor's tone of voice. As for anime, I hate watching it with subtitles, it sounds better dubbed. Because it's a cartoon the goofy voiced dub sounds appropriate.
