They don't, they spit flammables, (alcohol, gasoline, ect ) from there mouth to a fire source, It just looks like they breath fire.

Its the same as spraying a aerosol can at a lighter.

They hold a small amount of paraffin (a flammable liquid) in their mouths, and then spray it out over a flame they hold close to their face. Paraffin is a good chemical to use as it does not cause intoxication (like ethanol) and will not flash back (like petrol) and burn the person "breathing" fire.

There are a lot of dangers involved in fire-breathing, so please don't try it at home!

Technically, they don't "breathe" fire. They have a flammable liquid in their mouth and spit it out toward a flame to create the fireball. Here's where I have to say "don't try this at home". Many people have been seriously burned trying to do this.

You can practice in the shower - fill your mouth with water and try to make a spray by pressing your lips together as you spit it out. The trick is to have a fine mist come out of your mouth. After you get the technique down, use some flammable liquor and go for it.

They don't unless they have some kind of flammable powder/fluid in their mouth that reacts with something else, or a torch with something on it that reacts with whats in their mouth.

    That's not possible
