Why do some Christians ask questions of atheists, but block atheist answers? Too insecure for thee answers?

I agree. I also generally notice they never really read atheists answers fully. They just read the part they are emotionally involved in such as if they are emotionally involved within the idea that there is a god, then they will only respond to that and will only read that part of the question and will ignore everything else. That is extremely annoying and stupid but I notice that alot of these guys do this. Also they always assume that we are attacking them whenever we question them. Hey you guys, if you don't want us to judge the context of the bible, keep it to yourself.

If you don't want atheists to judge the bible and its flaws, keep it to yourself, if not, then we will judge.

Maybe they are just looking for people to block. Like, okay, I can block those people because they're atheist, and add these people to my contacts for being Christian....a few atheists I've met do the same thing, it's not unique to theists.

Personally, I have theists and atheists in my contacts, and the only people I have blocked are those that have blocked me first.

Pure and Simple. It's bias. I demand a lot in my questions against Christianity, I may be biased, but it's mainly because none of them answer the question correctly and try to go around it.

Addendum: See, it's going on right now. I was just down-thumbed. But it seems that both parties participate in it, but it's because no party wants to be over down-thumbed.

I could ask the same about the evangelical atheists on here. I am blocked by about 25 of them with this new account. With my other account that was suspended I was blocked by about 49 of them.

No, they simply do not want the sarcastic remarks that some athiests are very liberal in providing on these forums. Seriously, did you read that rape thread? I think it just serves the sole purpose of creating friction.
