how to stop stomach from growling?
I've had this problem for over two years now. Every school day, i eat breakfast in the morning so i go to school pretty full. I eat a snack or two in after first period class. During period 4, bam my stomach turns on the stomach growl switch and my stomach growls for like 5 continous minutes and what makes it worse is period 4 class is pretty quiet so everytime my stomach growls, evryone can hear it and it's pretty embarassing.
I've tried to press my thumb on my stomach, cross my arms on my belly to suppress the growl but they won't really work. I've also noticed that when i try to focus on the lesson, i sometimes forget that my stomach's about to growl but that happens rarely since i always think that my stomach's about to growl and i just can't focus on something else to make it stop.
Can anyone help?

All I can say is to make sure you have a little something in that hour to eat or drink to possibly stop the growling.
