in my dest top tower. are my speakers no good or, is there a way to test them or fix?
THERE IS NO NOICE OR SOUNDS COMMING OUT. ONLY WITH EAR PHONES.

Check the connections. Do they require external power? Are they plugged in?
If earphones work, the drivers and sound levels are OK. For that test, are you unplugging the speakers and plugging the earphones into the same "hole"?
