Is this a new Day Care for him? What is his Schedule there, what activities do they do? What is the caregiver to child ratio? Is he getting is usual nap or naps? How old is He?

It could be just the new enironment, it could be over-stimulation and no naps, it could be the lack of a structured schedule and, well, alot of other things.

It depends how old, but some reasons could be that he's so tired from playing all day.
