I'm not so sure that they do. Since they all have litters, each baby is born at the same time. The only way to have twins is if only two sperms produce twins. In a mammal like those, I think more than one sperm makes a litter. I dunno I sound stupid :D I hope you find your answer through someone smarter ^_^
