Who is God, and if He/She loves us, why doesn't She/He like us?

Just because you love your children, it doesn't mean you have to like them all the time.

God is the Creator of all we see and don't see. God is a He, although He has everything that a man and a woman have. In marriage, man and woman become one, and become complete when they are joined to God through Jesus. For those who never marry, they become complete by being joined unto God ( see 1 Corinthians 6:17 ).

Surely, if there were a god, he/she/it would not have allowed all the horrible things that have happened to so many innocent people be they adults/children/babies etc.

It is an invention of the powerful to control the masses.

God loves us. Love encompasses, and by far surpasses, like.
