What is a simple yet creative way to "wrap" a gift certificate?

I don't know who it's for, so I'm just gonna throw some ideas out there.

Have a stuffed animal or a doll hold it

Hide it under a tin of mints and wrap that (I married into a family that hides money all over presents)

Attach it to a gag gift

Have it taped or a part of something that themes with the card. Like a construction paper or felt flower for a gift card for the florist.

In the case for a homemade CD or DVD

Wrapped in or stuck to a piece of origami

Anything else I think of is just hiding it with another present.
