i want to know what are the criteria for the points for defense and attack??
some times when i get something of attack 10, defense 28......
in total only increases by 5 or 10.....
for some other time it does not increase at all.. plz write me where should i get the proper information or do help me by writing here

There about 3 ways of judging who wins a war
First Ur normal stats
normal stats can be boosted by using boosts
second is ur weopnry
better the weoponry, better the chances of winning
third is ur Mafia number
more ur mafia more chances of winning

its ur level stats when u grow in some state the level goes up so the stats of atack and defence
