Try rubbing alcohol. It dries up pimples and will shrink them, but may also bring it to the surface to pop. Use just a little bit on a tissue and be very careful not to get any in your eyes. Don't use enough to drip or run. Use just enough to moisten the pimple.

Wash your face with a cleanser with those little beads in it. Then apply ice to the pimple. Then, after 30 minutes of ice, use a cream cleanser, pat dry and put a on spot zit remover or just a regular dot of Clearisil, Clean and Clear, etc.

Hi Rachel, it depends on what type of pimple it is. You could try ice or these new pimple spot treatments from your local store.
