What's a good college for a lazy, but intelligent student?

I used to be all excited about going to a top-ranked university, but now, I just want somewhere to be happy. Having too much work stresses me out, and even this semester in senior year, seven classes is too much. I want to not work that hard, preferably not spend that much money, but be around people who aren't retarded. Thanks in advance for your answers.
