Fastest way to clean large amounts of dried blood from my ceiling, floors, and walls?

The floors are linoleum and hardwood floors. I tried bleach and water but it's not working very good.

Update:

Wow, I never thought about the way I worded this question.

No, I didn't kill anyone, lol.

Just happened to have a horrible accident (that I wasn't even involved in) at my house and everyone is fine now.

Try using ammonia and baking soda and little white vinegar to a gallon of water. You will use a few cups of ammonia, a cup of vinegar, 1/2 cup baking soda. If that combination isn't doing the job add more ammonia. Get your step ladder and a lot of good cleaning rags to wash the ceiling and do that job first because it is messy and drippy. Put something on the floor to absorb the drips. Next do the walls. I use my car wash brush with soft bristles and long handle. Squirt the mixture as above and use the brush in circles to wash off the walls. Rinse off with water and a little vinegar and dry. Last do the floors with the same solution and dry quickly as not to allow the water to soak into the hardwood floors. Wipe up with vinegar and water. Then buff your hardwood floors with bruce or whatever you use for your hardwood floors. I've been using this mixture to do my own cleaning and we smoke so the nasty cigg film is everywhere. This mixture really looks good when done like a fresh paint job. Hope it will help you too.

Here's the thing, you can never "Truely" get rid of blood on anything, dried or not. Under a Blacklight, traces of blood, aka. DNA, will light up like crazy. Not even bleach can clear all that away. And really, I got to say, the way you worded that with large amounts of blood being even up on the ceiling raises some questions. But at the same time, I can understand a horible situation with, oh, I don't know, say a table saw. That could send blood to the ceiling, :D

You will have to repaint the ceilings and walls, using a stain blocker like Kiltz or some other brand. No idea how to get it off the linoleum but a sanding might take it off of the hardwood.
