present for partially sighted toddler?

My cousin has a two year old son who is partially sighted, any suggestions on what I could buy him for christmas would be welcomed as I have no idea

Update:

He can only see very bright lights and only then when it is close up, so I was thinking of a touch and feel present, something that will engage his attention although he may not be able to see it

I would get him something that has a lot of bright, vivid colors and large pieces that will be easy for him to see. Also, consider things that have texture or scent. There are plenty of picture books that are touch, feel and smell. You are so considerate and sweet to be thinking along these lines for your cousin's child! What a kindhearted soul! God bless you and Merry Christmas!

Something with sound...like a music wind-up toy. Or a xylophone. Anything that makes noise. Might drive his parents nuts tho!
