sims 3 BSOD and freezing problems!!! help!!!?

i can play sims 3 for like 10 min. and then a blue screen comes up randomly and says "nv4_disp is in an infinite loop" and on and on

is there a patch for the BSOD yet?

any way to get my sims 3 to work without freezing problems?

i dont know what custom content is??

    My game keeps crashing and my account is invalid, a ton of people are having problems. The only thing i can recommend is try playing without custom content
