for some reason someone has messed w/ settings or whatever on our new pc...?

i REALLY need to find out where i go to fix or remove things i do not want on my tool bar,im blocked from clicking on pictures at any store site,and it will not let me log in to myspace,facebook?someone or people who are good w/ pc settinngs & these problem's i am having WILL YA PLEASE HELP ME OUT?It's not a virus i can get in my email accts.and ebay real fast pc.just dont know how to fix this?

    That could be your new anti-virus software trying to "help you out" by blocking those sites. Check the settings on your antivirus software. Also, the crap on your toolbar comes from your PC maker. They advertise a cheaper price by allowing numerous third-party software vendors to include their crapware on your new computer. You have to delete their programs one at a time or install the OS from clean OS disks, not the restore disks that come with the computer, as these also have the crapware there, then you'd have to go through and delete them all again. If you have an internet browser like IE, you need to right-click on your brower itself and uncheck the toolbars you don't want. Also go to "Customize Command Bar" and then "Add or Remove Commands" and that should help out.
