I want better posture.Any idea's of what to do?

I'm wanting to get hair extensions.But,there are so many choices fr:clip in and so on.I dont know much about the good ones that a profressionals put into your own hair or i heard something about glued in ones?what is the best for the $ and how long will last?I DO KNOW I WANT %100 HUMAN HAIR,FOR SURE.But,thats about all i know.

my husband recently had surg.on rotator cuff & ripped again.so,mri showed he needs another surgery done.his dr.lost his liscence to practice do to havin too many patients & not keeping up on charts (Dr. was very old)every doctor we have tried to call when,mention who his old dr. was say,"they will not take any of his patients"

what is he going to do he works at general motor's? he ripped it more than likely on the job.cant get his files the office shut off all lines day after??he has to work or have a Dr. put him on sick leave?but,none of the one's called will take him or any of this man's patients?please give some helpful advice?
