is it my kidneys or liver or heart?

i have swelling in my left foot only but both feet hurt bad, i am also feeling nausea. i take avonex for ms could this be hurting me.

    fluid retention is kidney's - swelling of the feet would be the inability of the body lymph system to work properly - elastic wraps would force the fluid to keep moving - uncomfortable i know.

    also elevating your feet would help keep fluid to move. nausea is also a sign of the kidneys not functioning properly. are you drinking enough water? keeping hydrated is important - also most if not all medicines pass thru either the kidney or liver thereby stressing them.

    many things mimic and mirror different illness - i hope you check this out soon with a doctor.
