i sold something on ebay and am sending it out monday, my problem is it should have been sent out april 15 th ... i know no excuse but this chick has reported me to ebay (she should have and thats cool) and the internet crime complaint center. should i be worried and can i go to jail over 25.00 ? help

two weeks ago i talked to a police officer about be molested over 12 years ago, the officer said, he would bring in the perv and question him, i was told he would call me back but have not herd any thing yet. does this mean there investgating or is the case is on the back burner?

Hay filled out a police report about being molested as a child, was told statue of limitaion has not passed but it's my word against his no physical evidence or witnesses. It's it possible for da to proscute? If da does not proscute what are my legal options can I go to the state attorneys office? Please help I demand justice:)
