Proscutting sex crimes?
Hay filled out a police report about being molested as a child, was told statue of limitaion has not passed but it's my word against his no physical evidence or witnesses. It's it possible for da to proscute? If da does not proscute what are my legal options can I go to the state attorneys office? Please help I demand justice:)

Its more than you filling out a police report. Any responsible department and the prosecutor should be conducting a lengthy investigation. I am guessing that is yet to come.

They tend to only pursue cases they think they can win. If there's no evidence, it doesn't seem likely. Sorry. You could sue in civil court, the burden of proof is much lower.
