what food is forbidden, what food cant be ate together ? just help

    It's very long and difficult to explain all the rules, but to shorten them down:

    Animals - Must have split hooves and chew their cud (both signs).

    Birds - Cannot be predatory

    Fish - Must have fins and scales (both signs).

    Not a drop of blood is allowed (not even in an egg).

    No bugs (except for a certain kind of grasshopper).

    Food that can't be eaten together:

    Dairy and meat (Biblically)

    Dairy and chicken (Rabbinical - from the Talmud)

    Milk and fish (Rabbinical - from the time of Rav Yosef Karo).

    All meat must be slaughtered by a Shochet (ritual slaughterer) who is an expert on cutting in a way that causes minimal pain to the animal. Also, there are rituals of how to get rid of the blood from the meat since not a drop is allowed.

    That's the very basics.
