If all else fails try a small amount of pure chlorine bleach and leave for a few minutes. Neutralize with water and vinegar if required, but never inhale the fumes that result as they are poisonous chlorine gas.

WD-40 removes ink, and I'm sure it will remove dye, too.
WD-40 is a household product usually used to lubricate doors and joints that creak but it also removes grease, ink, and crayon marks.
You can buy WD-40 at your local hardware store.
WD-40 has degreasing agents that break apart stains caused by ink and marker. Spray the area with a thick layer of WD-40. Allow to sit for about a half an hour. Then wipe with a damp paper towel.

You could try a weak solution of bleach and water.
Need to use gloves and need ventilation.
If that does not work, use a stronger solution.
