Well already knowing that mattress's can be difficult because they all claim some specialty and quality. I would check out this at your better stores and ask for a mattress with good support or best support. Don't buy right away until you've looked around more. The first mistake we make is created when the people selling mattress's will tell you which one is their best. I have a terrible back problem and need a very firm mattress but the one we bought isn't a good idea. maybe go to a back store and inquire what is the right mattress. We owned a sealy posterpedic years ago and it lasted a good 20 yrs and still looked good when we sold it because we moved out of state. So I am fond of Sealy Posterpedic. Now days they have new brands so you will have to test them all.

I doubt you will do away with the odor. If funds is an argument for this reason inflicting you to purchase a used mattress, and for this reason not with the flexibility to now replace it, possibly purchase or make a mattress conceal that encloses the full mattress like a extensive pillow slip. Use a intense count type fabric - which will help carry interior the odor and place bounce sheets interior with the mattress. solid success.

Buying a mattress is a personal thing. What is good for one isn't necessarily good for you. GO to a mattress store and lie down on as many as you can. Then choose. Don't buy someone else's comfort.

Sleep Number bed by Select Comfort. It's a miracle.
I like it soft, so mine is around a 30, a little nest. He likes concrete, so he pumps it all the way up 100. We've played, jumped on it dogpiled on it. It's tough, and we all love it.
