Has anyone had a problem with a Magellan Roadmate GPS after downloading an update?
I bought it new. It came with lifetime free updates and maps. It worked fine until I downloaded onto my computer an update and then transferred it to the GPS. Since then it still tells me where the red light cameras are and can follow along as I drive, but I cannot enter an address from any source. If I hit Menu it makes a screechy noise and does nothing. Have you experienced anything like this? Thanks for any information. I am away and have not checked to see if my computer is OK yet.

Boss is hyper anxious and therefore often gets crazy about needing things done pronto rather than having thoughtful conversations first. Which is better, go along with the program and get things done the best way you can or insist that you do things your way which you believe to be the more reasonable way?
