Anywhere you find Jews, you'll find Hannukah.

Well, I do not think they celebrate it in Syria or Saudi Arabia. They threw all of their Jews out. Iraq might still have a Jew or two, although I might have heard that the last one left. Pakistan and Afghanistan probably do not have too many Jews either. Other than that it is pretty much everywhere that you find a Jew with some connection to Judaism.

It's a religious holiday. It's celebrated in the synagogues and homes of Jewish people in all countries.
It isn't a national holiday.
