    Your equation becomes

    4000=100+300n

    First, subtract 100 from both sides, your equation then become

    3900=300n then divide both sides by 300 and you get n=13...

    ANSWER= 13 SECTIONS

    not enough info to determine how HIGH the wall will be...but if c=4000, then 3900/300 means that n=13....so 13 sections are built. good luck, and talk to your teacher if you don't understand! That's why they are TEACHERS...to teach you!
