This Is Annoying. Can I Shut This Off?
When my desktop PC is put into "sleep mode", the power light blinks. I find that very annoying. Is there any way of shutting off that blinking power light? I don't need an annoying blinking light to tell me that my PC is in sleep or stand-by mode. IF ..... the working word ...IF...there is a way around this, how do I do it?

Is sleep mode necessary? I turn off my laptop whenever I'm away from it for more than an hour and it takes just 80-90 seconds from htting the power button until I am getting on my first website.
Never understood the need for either sleep or hibernation as both take up a little speace on the hard drive when enabled.

i think you can use hibernate instead of sleep mode, that way there will be no light blinking, and your system will start from where you closed it.
