I want to move to FL this yr. But I can only afford rent if I sell my car.?

I do have payments left to make on the car. Would I still be able to sell it? And if so, how would that work? By not having a car I save about $550 which I can use to pay rent on a apartment in the Orlando area. Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated!!

If you sell your car you can get by nicely in Florida with a small motor scooter year round. You can save big bucks by going east of Orlando to Brevard county. Much cheaper. WTF! Welcome To Florida.

This isn't really the correct category, but I will help you out. Find an apartment that has a bus-line nearby. I lived in Tampa and my apartment was only 100 feet away. Saved me tons of money.

I guess this move won't be happening then. If you haven't looked around, Florida is just one huge master planned...retirement home.

Old people do not walk anywhere, so having things close by was not in the minds of the builders there...sorry.

Oh yeah, Florida's economy stinks and jobs aren't exactly plentiful. You may want to hang onto that car.
