Compatable Motherboard Question?
I need to replace the Motherboard in my HP laptop dv6119us. Part number is 443775-001. These are around $130 on ebay. However, Part Number 443774-001 is about half the price on ebay($65). I had heard 443774-01 may be compatible with my 443775-001 but just wanted to make sure before I made the purchase.
Thanks-

it really does not matter which motherboard you put into your computer...if you have a smaller case then you need a micro atx motherboard but if you have a normal size case then you can get any companys atx motherboard and it will work just fine

443774-001 seems to be a Euopean version. Not sure whatr the technical differances would be though. Voltages shouldn't be an issue as they are regulated in the power adapters. My guess: different government regulations with chemical usage (batteries, solder, etc.). Still the HP partsurfer wabsite seems to say they are incompatible.
