Where would i file a complaint about a take out restaurant i'm suspicions about?

I have never eaten @ this place, but someone i know that has eaten there in the past saw something very disturbing today!!!!

He saw a dead puppy right @ the back door of their kitchen (he just happened to walk buy).

I am very disturbed by this! The dog might have nothing to do with the food that its eaten there, but it's still very upsetting.

Who do i call? The restaurant is in Queens NY. Do i call the board of health or 311??

i called the board of health-they said to call 311 since it's small bus!!!

I'm sure 311 will direct me to board of health! Ughh...it's all Bloomberg's fault LOL (inside joke)

    I would assume the board of health. Explain exactly like you did here, that you don't know what caused the dog's death, but do think it would be a good idea to check them out, to make sure that everything is indeed up to standards.
