cannibalization of my muscles...?

for airsoft season me and my team are planning on 5am runs up to 10 miles, weightlifting class or P.E. during school, and about 2 hours at gym after school b4 work, and currently im eating about 1600 calories a day but i used to only eat 400-900 a day and burn 1500-3000 through intense running and swimming and other cardio,(butterfly sprints burn lots), so my muscles are on a cycle of eating themselves(or so i am told), im 5'11 and 130 pounds, and i want to know if this will speed up that cycle even if i eat about 2000 calories a day during this(or at least try for 2000, not much time during the day)

Update:

also, im not even sure my body is eating my muscles im just told that im loseing muscle and bone, btw i actually usually eat about 1000-1200, 1600 is when i try to gain weight occasionaly

your body will eat your muscles ... if your starving to death

but if your eating regularly and normally, that will never happen, coz you will NEVER in your WILDEST IMAGINATION can EVER Spend more Calories than you eat.

its like holding your breath, you breath in LOOOONG before you suffocate and die.

what happens is when eating lesser that work, your muscles simply shrink, and replaced by stronger, more flexible cells. exess muscle that cant be fueled is hust killed off.

if you eat more or as much as work, the body will just MAKE muscle on top of the other, but each cell is weak and fat.

BUDDY STOP. you are working yuour a**, you need to eat like 2500-300 calories, eat a lot of protein, and you will gain only muscle and get stronger if you are working that hard, yes right now you are losing muscle, and you will stgat feeling really tired.
