Make my Black tundra look new again?

Ive got some scratches here and there on my 01 Tundra. Its black and the paint here and there isnt as bright as it used to me.

Ive seen some located "restoration of black paint"

it's like $40 or something and it makes your black car shinier and looks like new again.

Does anyone know of any other ideas like that (besides obviously washing it).

Like and paint garages that might have some stuff or some other stuff being sold somewhere or online??

Update:

and by the way i do not have money to get a paint job.

Turtle wax makes a car kit called "black box" I used it on two of my cars and it worked great. It takes a long time to apply since you do it in 3 stages. Its like waxing your car 3 times. It will make the black look better, but wont do much for the scratches. For those as long as they are minimal use some polishing compound before using the components out of the black box. You can use rubbing compound before the polishing, but the coarse rubbing compound is very hard to shine back up on a black surface so I don't usually use it.
