Why won't my hair hold color?
I have tried everything! Lately I have bought the permanent dye and did it myself but in the past I have went to different beauticians. None of the beauticians have ever been able to get a color to stay in my hair. I am a natural blonde so I thought it would be easier to dye my hair but I have been wrong. It always washes out within 1-2 weeks. I have done all different colors. The only thing that I have done to really see results is when I had my hair heavily highlighted. If I use a bleach it works but if I use any sort of color it just rinses out, What is going on? Is there anything I can get that will last?
i have tried all the special shampoos. I even bought what the beauticians recommended from the salon but still nothing works. I just dyed my hair mahogany saturday morning and it is already fading. UGH!

It might be the shampoo you used. Maybe try a type of shampoo for color treated hair.

It might be the shampoo your using. Don't use any kind of volumizer, it makes the dye rinse out quicker.
