How do i go about reporting illegal aliens in Texas?

there are these scumbags selling cocaine(among other things i assume) out of their apartment here in Austin. i recently found out about him and his brother after my ex admitted where she was getting the crap from. she had lost considerable weight and her moods were as unpredictable as the weather. it soon became obvious she was on "something". we have since split up b/c of her habit, but what really ticks me off is that these guys are not only illegal, but selling out of their apartment right next to a f'ing PLAYGROUND!! literally 20ft from their patio!! ive already contacted local law enforcement, the apt mgmt and US immigration but they dont seem to care. its been 4 months now and nothing has been done! ive watched these guys sell and have visual proof, but STILL nothing. anyone have any phone numbers or direct links you know of? or maybe just "know" somebody? the scumbags address is 1200 Sunrise Rd #1406 Round Rock, TX. try using google's satellite map and see for yourself. it wont pinpoint the actual #1406 unit, but its the one closest to the Mesa Village community playground. can anyone help?

Update:

THEY ARE SELLING COCAINE NEXT TO A PLAYGROUND!!!!!

Update 2:

if you read carefully "gameover" ive already stated i contacted the local law enforcement. think what you want put this is no joke

Update 3:

...im not racist at all. - the ex i refer to was in fact HISPANIC!! im just tired of these guys selling drugs next to a damn PLAYGROUND!!! are you really that dumb and ignorant NOT to see how messed up that is?? judging by the way you are acting "Mr Daisy" i'd say you might have a bit of a problem too

Update 4:

...easy there "Forest", im not trying to start a race war here. i can understand if someone is just trying to provide for their families and such. but dealing drugs next to this payground is going to stop one way or another. if they wont arrest or deport them then something will happen. im getting very tired of their BS

Update 5:

... ive called 1-866-DHS-2-ICE already, as well as contacted the proper local narcotics and law enforcement here in Austin/Round Rock and still nothing(going on 4 months now). the person i spoke with over the phone when i called ICE said all they can do is inform local immigration agents and hand the "matter" over to them. they also said it may take a while to investigate depending on how busy they are and the severity of the matter. im guessing they arent taking this too seriously. all i know is im about to go Charles Bronson on them if nothing is done soon. until then, yes i will keep contacting them and complaining.

To support your efforts of stopping drug dealing I have forwarded this questions link and a copy of this page to the following individuals,

I know that here in Kenosha, WI. the police drug unit will receive tips from individuals and sit on it for a couple of months while an investigation is being conducted but 4 months seems rather long. Mesa Village Park (with playground) seems like a wide open area where dealing would be a noticeable active but it depends on the Sunchase Apartment Management and it's neighbors to report criminal activity to the proper law enforcement.

Our neighbors were OK. Have not seen any bugs either. But the management is very poor. They abandoned the office during the holidays and did not let anyone know who to contact. Maintenance is very poor. We had 2 plumbing issues on weekends. They told us they might get to it by Tuesday.‎

We looked at the website because we lived out of town, everything seemed nice. There was talk of fireplaces, built in bookshelves, and vaulted ceilings. We got there late at night and were told there would be a key waiting for us but ...‎

I hope that someone on the above mailing list will contact Yahoo for your ip address and then maybe you will be contacted for further assistance and information to the alleged activity from unit 1406 or that the previous information you gave will be taken more seriously and contact would be made. I was going to contact your local paper the Round Rock Leader but with certain information missing I will just post their contact information and leave it to you if you haven't already.

The fact that these people are selling drugs, especially on a playground is horrendous, and they should be reported to the police just for that fact. Whether or not they are illegal is up for grabs, assumptions don't cut it, but as I stated, you should report them to the police for the drug activity and voice your concerns because of the playground.

if u have visual proof and the people in charge of narcotics are doing nothing then u should contact your local TV channel about it ... either way idk how u can think than a link would work better than calling the police department directly , it just makes me a bit doubtful about the situation .
