Should I keep the old girl after all these years or what?
Here's the deal, she's old and a little tired, and used to give a good ride. Lately when I'm with her she's cold and takes a long time to warm up. So what would you do? Trade her in for a younger version, or put your foot down. Oh, she's a 94 Ford Crown Vic if that helps.

Hi buddy, what's up? Well, it's true she's not a new car. But the majority of new cars today are pure cosmetics. Maybe you should restore her completely, with best parts you can find. You know her "soul", that's important. And if you restore her properly you'll get actually a new car for some reasonable money that no really new can compare with.

I have the same issues, although mine is a 95. I love the way she feels when she is warmed up and ride is so nice. But like you, it would be nice to have a new hotter one that is tight and fast.

Have her overhauled by a specialist who will make her look cherry again, by the way, that advice would have worked if she weren't a car too...

No offense but old guys look ridiculous & pathetic in new corvettes. At your age, I'd just be happy she started when you turned the ignition.
