Good Lord, I had to read this several times. Girl you are in the wrong place. I don't blame you for trying different places. Anyways, I don't really know, I mean it depends what you're channel is about. Is it something that NEEDS a deep explanation(like an channel with a deep meaningful item or something[I highly doubt that this is anywhere near your idea-emotional]) or is it something fun? Things that are fun short be kept short and sweet. I mean think of the people who you really want to watch it. Then base it on that. Since I have no idea what your channel is about I cannot help you out all that much.

I'm having the same problem but for a different kind of channel!

Maybe you could do a load of cool images with good effects about the type of thing you'll be doing, with snappy bits of text explaining them.

Don't have it too long, because people will get bored XD

Maybe if you took some really pretty pictures of you and put some cool effects on them to make them match it would catch people's attention?

I'm new to this, but I think it's best to be yourself, not trying to make people like you so they subscribe.
