Phantom zip codes get federal funds?

This is just another scam by the bureaucracies to hide illegal use of funds. This is no different than the the dead Chicago democrats that Daley took to Florida in 2000 to vote. There will always be a scam on the American people as long at the dishonest politicians are allowed to stay in Washington. Clean house, replace all who have been there more than 2 or 3 terms with fresh and hopefully honest people. Nearly anyone who has not been corrupted by Washington culture will do. They do not know or care about the voters except on election day. If you think that this pack cares for you, you are delusional.

No, no money was actually paid out. If you trace the back far enough, the money went to legitimate payees in real zip codes.

Obviously, there needs to be some double checking of those lists, and I do fault the government for that.

No money will be returned this phantom ting has gone on for years mainly in voting this is a new twist to hide funds they say they are paying out. I would like to see a complete audit on the Us government. We can start with how many were dead and illegals that voted for Obama.

We will never get the money back. And please keep in mind that this is the same government that insists it can run healthcare more efficiently.
