power problems with my mac?

I'd thought that my power supply had bombed-out, but I've put a new one in and am still not able to power up...

I've a G4 ppc, and I'd had it set-up over at a friends place, doing some work for them, and it was working fine.

Got it home, plugged it all up... Nothing!...

Like I said, I've changed out the power supply and still no power...

What's next? Is it maybe the switch in the front?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You.

I just learned this myself so if you want to test the button look for the wires from that power button to your motherboard. Then the two pins its connected to unplug it. Then touch the two pins with a screwdriver or something metal. That should start it. If not. It could be your motherboard, try reseting bios. A Motherboard IF GOOD, should run with no memory, no videocard, no processor etc, Although plug the heatsink and fan to see if it comes on. However nothing will show up on the screen. nor bios
