they are giving or throwing it away? And do they actually feel proud of their promiscuity?

Well with all the lovely shows on tv's nowadays making sex as the normal thing for teenage girls to do, I'm thinking that the girls of today are proud of doing it.. They think they're normal for having sex. Then we have to remember that the other girls at their school who don't have sex are being made fun of. Also the fact that a 13 yr old can have an abortion without parental consent but God help that 13 yr old if she's caught with a tylenol in her purse at school. So who's to blame, really. We can't speak anything against it because we're trying to push "religon" down their throats. So to them to lose their virginity puts them on the top of the pedestal instead of the bottom. Parents do not have as much of a say about how the kids are raised nowadays. Sorry, but until we start yelling about the garbage that's out there in the movies and on tv, then we really can't complaing about anything else.

I don't get it either! I think it's really devastating.

My opinion is that there is so much crap in the media and peer pressure that they feel in order to be "cool" they must follow what is "expected". Sex is a part of what (they think) is "expected".

There needs to be more pressure on respect for themselves and others by NOT having premarital sex. Sex is a very emotional and wonderful experience to be shared with someone you love and plan to be married to indefinitely (unless of course something horrible happens in the marriage).

Yeah, if they're telling people about it, they are probably proud. Save your question asking for actual inquiries, not discussion starters.

They don't see it as you do. They do it because they're eager to have sex because it isn't something that means as much to them as it might to you. They just have a different mind set.
